What Sportdle is

Sportdle is a free, independently-made collection of daily sports guessing games. It covers the NBA, NHL, NFL, EuroLeague, ABA League, Premier League, the FIFA World Cup, Formula 1, MotoGP, tennis, UFC, FNC, and the major esports (League of Legends, Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2 and Valorant). You get a new puzzle each day and try to identify a player, driver, fighter, or team from clues. It is an independent fan project that takes inspiration from the Wordle format but is not Wordle and is not made by its makers.

No affiliation

Sportdle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the NBA, NHL, NFL, EuroLeague, ABA League, the Premier League, FIFA or the FIFA World Cup, Formula 1, the FIA, MotoGP or Dorna Sports, the ATP or WTA, the UFC, Fight Nation Championship (FNC), Riot Games (League of Legends, Valorant), Valve (Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2), or with any other league, competition, governing body, team, club, player, driver, or fighter.

Sportdle is also not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Wordle or The New York Times Company. “Wordle” is used only to describe the style of puzzle.

All league, competition, team, club, player, and event names, logos, crests, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only.

Data accuracy

Player data, statistics, and images may come from publicly available sources and APIs. This information can be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. Sportdle does not guarantee the accuracy of any data displayed in the game.

Local storage

Your game progress, guesses, and streak data are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. No account is required. Clearing your browser data will reset your progress. Sportdle does not transmit your game state to any server.

Provided as-is

Sportdle is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The game may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time. Use it for fun — that is what it is for.

Intellectual property

The Sportdle name, design, and original code are the property of its creator. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Sportdle application without permission.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Sportdle after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
