NFL Stat Line — Guess the football player from their season stats
NFL Stat Line shows a NFL player's season or career numbers without their name attached. Read the team, position, and production — then guess who you're looking at.
Stat Line cards are position-aware: QBs get passing stats, RBs get rushing and receiving, DBs get tackles and interceptions. That makes the puzzle fairer across roles — a defender's card looks completely different from a scorer's, so you're never asked to guess who led a team in points without the right numbers in front of you.
Wrong guesses gradually unlock contextual hints like position, team, and birth year. The early guesses are where stat-literate fans shine; the later hints open the puzzle up for anyone who recognises a player by team alone.

- Stat Line typically shows a single standout season for the answer player, usually recent but sometimes from a career-best year. Look at the scale of the numbers to judge.
- Why does the stat card look different for different players?
- Cards are position-aware. Different roles in NFL get different stat categories so the puzzle is fair for defenders, scorers, goalies, and everyone in between.
- Do Stat Line answers repeat across leagues?
- No — each league picks from its own pool. The NFL Stat Line answer is always a NFL player.
- Is NFL Stat Line like Wordle?
- It uses the same idea as Wordle — a once-a-day puzzle with green/red feedback on each guess — but instead of guessing a word you guess a NFL player from clues.
