Chess Clue Ladder - daily grandmaster clue puzzle
Chess Clue Ladder reveals one clue at a time. The fewer rungs you need, the better your score - it rewards fans who can pin down a player from a single hint.
The ladder opens with a hard clue: continent, a rating band or world championship status. Each wrong guess drops you one rung and unlocks an easier clue - federation, age, then the player's initials.
Clue Ladder and Chess Classic share an answer pool, so insights from one carry to the other. Use it to feel out which grandmasters Sportdle is rotating this week.
Solve to extend your streak. Unlimited rounds available afterwards.
